Minimum commitment
3 months on every plan, as shown on each plan above. Recruitment and training takes 3 to 4 weeks — real value starts in month 2.
Setup fee
$150 one-time, non-refundable. Covers recruitment, background verification, training, and system setup.
Payment timing
Setup fee before recruitment. Month 1 before service starts. Monthly advance thereafter.
Replacement guarantee
New person within 5 working days if current person is unavailable, at no extra cost.
Non-poaching clause
$1,200 buyout fee if you hire our staff directly within 12 months of contract end.
Renewal discount
10% discount for committing to a further 3 months before your current period expires.
